My prayer for humanity ❤

May we always be guided by our heart.

May we find peace in choosing love over fear & find freedom in the knowing that although fear is present, we do not need to choose it.

May we choose to produce the frequency of divine love in every day so that we may live in alignment with the integrity of our soul.

May we pause long enough to be present with ourselves, those we love and with the beauty of the world that surrounds us.

May we pause also to see those who are in need of our love and service. May we shine light to those lost in the darkness.

May we nourish and nurture our body & grow, evolve and train our minds so that we are a clear channel for the voice of our soul & our highest expression of 'self' to come through

May we learn to be self-sustained by the frequency of love; sensing it deeply from within our core, no longer needing to search and seek validation and love outside of ourselves;

For we know, we are love in its purest of forms and every day grants each of us many opportunities to give this love to ourselves & to the world.

May we make decisions from our Intuitive centre; from the infinite and intimate space of wisdom that our belly and hearts provide.

May we choose what feels right for us from that feeling place where we relate to ourselves and the world.

May we honour our heart and internal wisdom, listen openly to our 'self' and allow ourselves to be honest about what feels right and what does not.

May we be honest with ourselves in the knowing that if we do not allow ourselves to feel into the simplest of truths, then how can we allow our truest and deepest truths to shine through & guide us in light and in love?

May we have the courage to stand tall in our own brilliance and unique magnificence, even when it goes against the grain;

and in doing so, may we allow ourselves to bring to life that which yearns to be birthed into the world.
