There has forever been a fire in my belly. 

Have you felt it too? 

Something I feel deeply in every cell in my body.

A calling and a knowing. 

You know that fierce compassion in your heart that often lays dormant in our everyday lives until we experience something to awaken it? 

It is something we see in every child who expresses them self without inhibitions, without fear, without worry of what others might think....

They write and draw from their soul. Every action is a creative expression of their uniqueness in the world.

Let's go back to that.

Why not? 

What do we REALLY have to lose in being ourselves?

In creating and expressing our truest nature as an embodiment of love that we were all born in to this world to be....

There are no words that accurately define the yearning that I know you feel too to authentically make our mark on the world.

I urge you to talk with your soul.

To sit in silence and put pen to paper

To allow your wildest dreams, your brightest of visions and your grandest of plans to come to life as you allow creative inspiration to flow through you.

Were we REALLY born to live in a box that was never made for us?

Or were each born to stand out?

To stand tall.

To speak our truth and to use our uniqueness to make an impact?

Why not listen to the voice of your mind with compassionate understanding? 

Why not acknowledge it, accept it but know that most of the thoughts we have are not actually ours to own; the limiting ones especially?

We were not born with limiting thoughts. We acquired them. 

We were not born to be small. We learnt that.

We were not born with limiting beliefs. We were moulded to have them; inhabited in a western world;  absorbing every detail as children and unconsciously taking them on as our own in the egos pursuit to keep us 'safe'. 

Trust in your light, the creative resources the world has to offer, the guidance of the universes gentle messages & your own inner wisdom .... 

The more we live from a place of our authentic nature, without worry and fear of what others 'might think', the easier it becomes to be YOU....

To reconnect with the truest form of you and to outwardly express from a place of your highest self, just as you did as a small child....

It is when I write, when I create, when I sit in stillness that I am truly guided to connect with that little girl who is an endless, limitless, infinite little beam of light. 

That same infinite beam of light that is you. Just as you are and just as you have always have been....
