When another feminine heart hurts, our heart shares in her pain.
But we are not helpless.

The energy we put out into the world impacts everyone and everything and so it is our responsibility to do what we can to protect and nurture our energy.

- Meditation for deeper focus, clarity and energy known as "Santi" (inner spiritual peace)
- Breathing and grounding techniques to awaken the heart and mind
- Tools to connect to the soul (higher self) and communicate with your intuition/ authentic truth 
- Understanding the lower nature/ personality and the role our ego plays in our life
- The role that breast massage plays in opening our hearts and how to use breast massage as one of the most important self-care practices you’ll ever learn
- The importance of self-care and keeping our cups full; we cannot give to others when we have nothing left to give. We will explore simple tools and strategies to reconnect to your soul; even when life is busy and full. 
- The roles of the masculine/feminine - the polar opposites of duality to unity & how to use our feminine energy to change the world 
- Sacred Love (how to take your relationships from the ordinary to the extraordinary)
- Techniques to move old stagnant energy out of your body and cleanse and clear your astral body (old emotions)

Together we will gather in sacred space and hold one another in all of our divine feminine power, our pain, our joy, our light and our darkness.

** A little more about Catherine Wood:
Catherine Wood is the founder of the Sanctuary of Ananda which focuses on Tantric and Esoteric Philosophies. Her passions lay in teaching humanity the core principles of sacred love which branches out into the fields of Tantric Sexuality, Kama Sutra, Sensual Massage, Relationship Counselling, Couples Sacred Love Retreats and Internationally Accredited Training. 

Catherine has been featured on channel 9 “Do you know what women want”, is a co-author in ExtraOrdinary Business Women 2017 and recently released her first book “The Way of the Heart” Tantra Empowerment for women. Established in 2006, the Sanctuary is proud to be a Platinum Approved Accredited Tantra School with IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists).
Cathy has been doing this work and walking the path for 30 years now- this beautiful soul KNOWS her stuff and truly walks her talk. I am honoured to co-facilitate this workshop alongside someone as highly evolved as her and humbled to call her my Teacher.
